I recently had the pleasure of working with Max Jones when she organised a national event for Wiltshire County Council. Maxine’s professionalism and eye for details shone through every step of the way, from the first brief to the actual event.
Maxine deals with our every need from personally visiting the hotels where prospective delegates might stay to dealing directly with the venue and the venue staff. She gathered information on transport and routes which gave delegates travel options, put finishing touches and delegate packs together, collated mailing lists, sent out invitations and confirmations of bookings and even aggregated all the information from the evaluation forms of the day. Nothing was left to chance due to Maxine’s vast experience, knowledge, flair, versatility and total dedication to the customer.
School Food Trust worked with Max on a series of pilot events to launch the ‘Let’s Get Cooking’ campaign. The events were unusual in that significant changes were made after feedback from each of the previous events. Max proved to be very adaptable, creative and whilst challenging some of our ideas and thinking, remained professional and unfazed and produced high professional events for us.
My conference would not have been delivered to the standard that it was had Max not been on board with the project. To say that she was a lifesaver is an understatement! Max’s experience shone through as she led me through unfamiliar territory; a true example of why everyone should use an event organiser.
The National event with over 1500 delegates ran seamlessly with all event partners, sponsors and exhibitors and produced a 10 out of 10 event, all made possible by Max’s extensive experience, organisational skills, attention to detail, commitment, patience and flexibility. We have worked together on numerous national events over an 10 year period, and I look forward to a continued working relationship.
